BRIEF DESCRIPTION

    This Rapid Milk Cooling Integrated Chiller Unit is specially designed and developed for the once quick cooling of fresh milk such as cow milk, goat milk, camel milk, mare milk, and so on. The original fresh milk(@36 -38°C) must be rapidly cooled to 2°C to 4°C in a short time, so as to guarantee its quality, taste and long time storage. In order to achieve so rapid cooling effect, the chiller unit has to continuously provide the low-temperature chilled water(@ -2°C) to cool down the original fresh milk through a plate type heat exchanger.

    Our Rapid Milk Cooling Integrated Chiller Unit consists of the main chiller unit, insulated water tanks, pumps, milk heat exchanger, connecting parts and insulation material, etc., all parts will be mounted on one or two foundation skids, the user just need to connect the water circuits and required power source, then the whole system will be ready for running. It has a wide cooling capacity range from 90KW to 3260KW and smart control system powered from SIEMENS PLC, the user can freely choose air-cooled or water-cooled according to their local working condition. This product has mature manufacturing process and stable running performance, it has been widely used in MENGNIU, YILI, and BRIGHT, etc dairy production group, and perfectly matched with the heavy-duty rotary milking system brand from DELAVAL, AFIMILK, and BOUMATIC, etc.

FEATURES 

- Once Rapid Cooling:

Directly cool down the fresh milk from 36°C to 4°C by using low-temperature water through plate type heat exchanger within one-time processing, the whole cooling process is rapid and high efficient.


- Smart Control System:

Adopt SIEMENS SMART-200 series PLC controller, equipped with continuous failure check and self-recovery function.
Visual human-computer dialogue interface, all the running parameters, and running modes can be monitoring timely, automatically record the running time, prompt user for maintenance in advance.

- Integrated Type Design:

Make the main chiller unit, buffer tank, pumps, heat exchanger, and all other connecting parts mounted on one steel foundation skid, reduce the installation work and cost, convenient for connection, operation and maintenance.

- Dual System Stable Operation:

Two sets of chiller units connected in parallel for operation, the whole system will be automatically uploading or de-loading according to the fresh milk amount variation. When the fresh milk amount is less than only one chiller working and the other is backup, but when the milk amount reaches to the top, two chillers will be working together, all these processes will be operating automatically, it's convenient and high efficient, what's more, it can help extend the system's service time.

- Easy Maintenance:

There are faults indicators on the LCD display screen, the user will find out the solution by checking the user manual. Common maintenance parts will be shipped together with the main equipment. Other parts on the water circuit are convenient for dismounting and maintenance.

- Special Function Customization:

Remote control(RS-485), VSD starting-up mode, Special power source, Two sets of pump groups(1use, 1 back up), Automatic flow rate control, Pressure/temperature/flow signal monitoring, Anti-corrosion, Anti-explosion, etc functions.

The parameters in the above tables are determined based on following working condition:
1- Chilled water inlet/ outlet temperature is 0°C/ -5°C; Cooling water inlet/outlet temperature is 30°C/ 35°C;.
2- Recommend adding a 30% glycerol solution into the chiller's circulating system as the refrigerating medium.
3- The designed pressure resistance in the waterside of evaporator and condenser is 1.0MPa.a.
4- Under nominal conditions, the fouling factor is: 0.018m2•°C/KW in the waterside of evaporator; 0.044m2•°C/KW in the waterside of the condenser.
5- Power supply: 3Phase, 380-480V, 50/60Hz; Allowable fluctuate voltage: ±10%; allowable voltage difference in phase: ±2%.
6- Please notify us if you have special requirements for the outlet water pressure.
